Organisations need a way to Authorise, Audit and Analyse their procurement spend. iauthorise.com uses a concept called 'Content Ordering' to import a shopping basket from a compatible website and transmits a 'Firm Order' back to the Supplier on completion of the authorisation process.
How Does It Work?
iauthorise.com utilises a workflow approach, where each step in the procurement process is acknowledged and authorised by the relevant member of your organisations team.
Your buyers will create an order on one of our partner websites, such as Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation, and this order will be passed to iauthorise.com for analysis and authorisation by your staff.
Only once this workflow has completed, as per your organisations business processes, will the order be released to the partner website.

What eProcurement Standards Are Used?
iauthorise.com 'talks to' its partner websites using the OGC approved BASDA eBIS-XML standard.
Orders from our partner websites are analysed using the United Nations Standard Products and Services Codes (UNSPSC), which allows iauthorise.com to break down purchases by commodity type, highlighting out-of-scope spending on a per-buyer or per-department basis.
